With a background in fine art, modern graphics, photography, and men's contemporary sportswear and the vision of dressing children in designs that reflect our generation's culture and fashion sense, the Kingsley brand was born. Since 2004, Kingsley has been creating tees that reflect inspiration, creativity, fashion-forward design and a love for music that utilitze a style and technique that I haven't found in any other t-shirt line. Not only are they made of super soft cotton, but the raw edge detailing and the multiple layers on the hems of the neckline, sleeves and waist are an added detail that must take a lot of extra time in the manufacturing process yet make the tees that much more special and unique. A detail not overlooked by this fan! And I did I mention they're tagless so they won't irritate the back of your little one's neck?

Equally impressive is the inspiration behind the design screen printed on each shirt. I always look forward to writing the line at market where I ask to be regaled with the stories behind the designs of each and every tee. The more creative the story or message, the more impressed I am and decide that I simply must have that particular design for the store. Don't Blink features the phrase Don't Blink and an artistic rendition of a measuring stick. The message? Don't blink because children grow up so fast.

If you follow the mini celebrity scene, then you've no doubt seen a Kingsley tee or two on these jet-setting youngsters. Johnny Depp, Gwen Stephanie, Heidi Klum, Sharon Osborne and Courtney Cox are just some of the famous parents who dress their kids in Kingsley.  In fact, the infamous People Magazine cover photo of Brangelina's Shiloh showed her in the Kingsley "Pots & Pans Band" tee.  Later, this same photo, including the Kingsley tee, was replicated for the world to visit at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum! Now that's impressive!

Whether a play on words like "The amp doesn't fall far from the tree" or an homage to a favorite rocker like Ozzfest, Kingsley tees truly are one-of-a-kind and by far, my favorite boys tees!
