Our Response to COVID-19

We're so excited to welcome you back into our stores and the safety and well-being of our customers and Cupcake family remain our top priority. 

We still want to provide the Cupcake shopping experience you know and love while accommodating procedures to keep you and our staff safe. Here's what we're doing...

  • Keeping our {Social} Distance: We're observing 6-foot social distancing standards both on our sales floor and at our check out with our newly installed sneeze guard
  • Face Masks: All Cupcake staff are wearing masks and we ask that you please wear a mask while shopping in our stores too
  • Keeping it Clean: We're cleaning over time and making sure that we're sanitizing all oft-touched surfaces, fitting rooms and door handles and have plenty of hand sanitizer close by
  • Contactless Transactions: We're accepting payment via credit and debit cards and are not taking cash at this time; receipts will be emailed rather than printed
  • Returns and Exchanges: While we are accepting returns and exchanges to make it more convenient for our customers, we're ensuring all returned items are safe to sell by keeping them off of our sales floor and sealed in bags in our back room for a week
