This month's windows were inspired by the Amgen Tour of California bike race which rolled into downtown on May 17th. Having a strong central theme like cycling, always makes coming up with a starting point for the design easier and fun! Let me tell you- I'm not even that into biking, but I would buy this bike just to look at it! Alright, I might be tempted to get on and pedal once in a while too. The mama's are wearing a navy maxi halter dress by Maternal America and the Baby Ruffle Top in white with side tab denim shorts, also by Maternal America (What can I say? We love MA). To pick up the red from the kids window, the mannequins are surrounded by floating long stemmed red Gerber Daisies suspended from fishing line. Our children's window features an original vintage red tricycle and bicycle themed tees and onesies on the clothesline including "Eat My Dust", "That's How I Roll", "Ride it Like You Stole it" and "Future Cyclist." The mannequins are wearing outfits from Tea's City Seoul Collection to pick up on the red from the trike and the porcelain blue of the Trek cruiser and navy maxi in the mama's window.

And not to toot our own horn, but I'm about to... both windows were in our downtown window display contest for the Amgen Tour of California race and our windows won thanks to a lot of loyal
